Happy First Birthday Kate

Kate's first steps

Please excuse the wobbly camera but I finally managed to catch a few steps!

Kate: 352 days old

Sometimes I am worried that I will forget all these little things so I thought I would write some of it down.

Kate loves...

Piran...her Daddy...shouting...Piran's toys...climbing...waving...dancing...clapping...playing boo...her monkey...wrestling with Piran...chasing Piran...cuddles.

Kate eats...

all fruit...yoghurt...cheese...more cheese...pasta...sweetcorn...bread...toast...biscuits...fried apples.

Kate will not eat...

eggs...potatoes...avocado.

Kate is...

always on the move...loud...funny...standing on her own...ready to take those first steps...

Kate can...

climb the stairs on her own...say yeah...say hiya...say boo...say mama...get up and down without holding on to something...give proper kisses.

The best thing that Kate does right now though is crawl over to you if you bend down, climb up you, give you a hug and pat you on the arm.

Grandma came to visit

Everyone had a very lovely time when Grandma came to visit recently.

We had a wonderful week away, Piran loved going to the Seaside and Kate learned how to sit up!

I was at a talk about photography and one of the speakers took a couple pictures of Kate. I think they are really nice and that you might like to see them. Kelly.

Piran's birthday

This is a video of us singing Happy Birthday to Piran (sorry about the singing!) and teaching him how to blow out the candles on his cake. When I played it back to him the other day he tried to blow the candles out on the screen!
